Infrared beam debugging method
1. Adjust the optical axis of the transmitter.
Open the outer cover of the detector, aim your eyes at the sight, and observe the influence inside the sight. The optical lens of the detector can be directly adjusted left and right within 180° by hand, and the up and down adjustment screws under the lens can be adjusted with a screwdriver. The lens system has up and down adjustment screws. The adjustment range of 10°, repeated adjustments so that the influence of the opponent's detector in the sight falls into the center position.
Be careful not to cover the optical axis during the adjustment process, so as not to affect the adjustment work.
The adjustment of the optical axis of the detector has a great influence on the sensitivity performance of the defense zone. Please be sure to follow the correct steps to carefully and repeatedly adjust.

2. Optical axis adjustment of the receiver
A. Perform preliminary adjustments to the optical axis of the receiver in the same way as "Adjustment of the optical axis of the transmitter". At this time, the red warning indicator on the light receiver is off, the green indicator light is on and there is no flicker, which means that the optical axis of the sleeve is normal, and the projector and the receiver function normally.
B. There are two small holes on the receiver, which are marked with "+" and "-" respectively, which are used to test the infrared intensity felt by the light receiver. The value is expressed by voltage, which is called photosensitive voltage. Insert the test leads (red "+", black "-") of the multimeter into the photosensitive voltage of the light receiver. Repeatedly adjust the lens system to make the photosensitive voltage value reach the maximum value. In this way, the working condition of the detector has reached the best condition.
Note: The four-beam detector has two sets of optical systems, which need to cover the upper and lower mirrors of the receiver respectively, and adjust until the upper and lower photosensitive voltage values are the same. The two sets of optical systems of the older four-beam detectors are adjusted separately. Due to the corresponding relationship between the four optical systems of the transmitter and the receiver, the two probes are involved, it is quite difficult to adjust, and it needs to be adjusted carefully, and it will be improperly handled. There is a false alarm or a protection dead zone.
The ABH four-beam detector has integrated the two parts into a single adjustment, making the engineering construction much easier.

3. There is a shading time adjustment button on the light receiver. Generally, the shading time of the probe is adjustable from 50m/s to 700m/s. When the probe is shipped from the factory, the shading time of the probe is adjusted to a standard position in the factory. Under normal circumstances, this position is a relatively moderate state, considering the environmental conditions and the characteristics of the probe itself, so there is no special reason, and there is no need to adjust the shading time. If it is necessary to adjust the shading time due to fortification, to adapt to the changes in the environment. Generally speaking, when the shading time is short, the sensitivity of the probe is fast, but the sensitivity to falling leaves, flying birds, etc. is also strong, and the possibility of false alarms increases. The shading time is long, the sensitivity of the probe is reduced, and the possibility of underreporting increases.
The engineer should adjust the shading time according to the actual needs of the fortification.

4. Connect with alarm control host
After the detector is set, connect the tamper switch to the input circuit of the defense zone. After the wiring is completed, cover the probe shell and tighten the fastening screws. It is required that the warning light of this zone on the anti-theft host should not flicker or light up, and the zone has no alarm indication output. Indicates that the entire defense zone is set up normally.
Otherwise, check the circuit, re-adjust the probe, and re-determine the state of the defense zone.

5. Anti-theft performance test
After the working state of the defense zone is normal, according to the requirements of fortification, use objects of all possible sizes and shapes similar to the defense, use different speeds and different ways to block the optical axis of the probe, and use wireless walkie-talkies to contact the control center at the alarm site. Check whether the alarm condition is normal, and pay attention to whether there is flashing or unstable state on the alarm host. So as not to leave hidden dangers to the alarm system. We verbally call this process a firing test.
The purpose of the firing test is to test whether the defense area has the ability to normally alarm, whether the protection range of the defense area can meet the predetermined requirements, and whether there is a protection dead zone.
